Our Mission
We built LoadingCalendar because we saw a real problem in warehouses.
While visiting our Cargoson TMS clients, we noticed something: whiteboards. Lots of them. On warehouse walls, employees tracked incoming and outgoing trucks with marker pens. Carrier names, truck plates, cargo details — all scribbled down and crossed off like a grocery list (when they remembered to do it). The handwriting was rushed. Parts were already erased. To anyone walking in, it looked like chaos.
We asked about it. "Don't fix what's working," some told us. They'd supplement the whiteboards with Google or Outlook Calendar for sharing info across teams. But let's be honest — there had to be a better way.
So we built one.
